Junee is tucked into the western folds of the South West Slopes of New South Wales, 30km north of Wagga Wagga and 60km west of Gundagai.
A town build when people travelled by rail, walked to the shops and strolled on Sundays, Junee captures the beauty and history of rural Australia and combines this with modern facilities, fine period and modern homes, rural blocks and great attractions.

Rhythm n Rail is a showcase for the region and a celebration of the significant rail heritage that has played a crucial role in Junee's ongoing development. The two day festival included a packed program of heritage train journeys, live music and entertainment, a two day boutique and farmers market, a street parade and plenty of activities for young children.
The fesitival is organised by the Junee community, with many businesses, community groups and individuals volunteering their time to ensure the two days in March are a true celebration of everything "Junee".
